Do I need an app? No. RetroRewards is a pass in Apple Wallet with a web page behind it. Android support through Google Wallet is coming.
When can I cash out? As soon as $25.00 is ready. Choose PayPal, Venmo or a gift card.
Why is some money pending? Stores wait out their return window before they pay, usually 30 to 90 days. Games confirm faster, often the same day.
How does the $5 work? It is added when you add the pass and verify your phone, and it unlocks with your first confirmed earning.
Why do you need my phone number? To keep one account per person and keep your money safe. We text a sign-in code, never ads.
Does shopping through you cost more? No. Prices are the store’s own. The store pays us a commission for sending you, and you get a share.
What if I return something? The cash back for that order is reversed, which is why store money waits as pending first.
Who can join? Anyone 18 or older in the United States with an iPhone.
